Welcome! welcome to our site  I launched TTJ&B Inc. in 2002 because I wanted to bring innovative, analytical solutions to all of the Aerospace and Defense industry. My goal was to help government contracting agencies and prime contractors manage complex projects more efficiently and intelligently. TTJ&B'S tools and service offerings have been specifically designed to provide our customers with high value solutions to the challenges that exist in managing a project's cost and schedule through today's volatile acquisition environment.

TTJ&B IN ACTION NASA Project Orion  When NASA selected Lockheed Martin as the prime contractor for Project Orion it recognized the need for flexibility and agility in its chosen management team. Funding and schedule pressures have dominated the landscape of the initial phases of Orion's development- and TTJ&B's tools and processes have been heavily leveraged to help navigate the program through this volatile period.
